From High Atlas to Sahara For 12 Days - 12 days | 11 nights - Departure Marrakesh

During 12 days, you are going to explore the south Morocco from Marrakesh and through the most excting sites. During 11 nights that you'll spend under tents, you are going to held a camp in different location...Really, it is an Amazing Tour!

Day 1:
From Marrakesh to Ouarzazate via the Tizi N'Tichka pass (2260 m). Stop to visit the former Palace of Pasha El-Gualoui to Telouet. Then visit the valley of Ait Ben Haddou. It is a film location, the decor chosen for such films as Lawrence of Arabia, Romancing the Stone and Mary of Nazareth. Held a Camp near the Ksar.

Day 2:
Out of Ait Ben Haddou via Amerzgane Taznaght and we arrive to Foum Zguid, where we spend the night in tents.

Day 3:
We leave Foum Zguid and take the direction of the next camp in Chegaga through the arid desert plains, mountains of black sand dunes and tamarisk, from here three days hiking in the desert where you live an Unforgettable experiences.

Day 4:
We leave the camp of Chegaga, we continue to Mhamid and Zagora. We spend the night under the starry desert sky in the middle of small dunes near Tizi N'Tafilalet

Day 5:
Departure for the dunes of El-Maid, the perfect place to observe the symphony of colour that leaves the sunset over the desert. Another night spent in the quiet and silent desert.

Day 6:
A relaxing day we visit the valley Tafilalet, the cradle of the Alouite dynasty. We set up camp near Merzouga and climb the dunes of Erg Chebbi.

Day 7:
Departing for Erfoud via Tinerhir after a visit to a site of fossil. Spend a night under a tent in the Todra Gorges in between the cliffs above us and offer a magnificent setting.

Day 8:
We enter more deeply into the Todra Gorge towards Tamtatoucht, and you see the most remote villages "of civilization." Here humans live in harmony with nature. Our camp awaits you in the Dades Gorges near Msemrir.

Day 9:
From Boutaghrar we cross the plateau of Iguernane to Skoura camp where we are expected, for a night in a camp.

Day 10:
We take the road to Ouarzazate for a visit of its Kasbahs. The next stop is a camp near Taliouine for a night.

Day 11:
Check the pass Tizi n'Test through wonderful villages and spectacular scenery. You'll have the chance to see the "ARC" a type of tree that exists only in Western Morocco and Mexico. We spend the last night of travel in the village of IMLIL, 68km to Marrakech.

Day 12:
In the morning we return back to Marrakech.
