4 days: Marrakech to Fes through High Atlas mountain and Sahara desert of Erg Chebbi. 4 days|3 nights Departure Marrakesh

Kasbahs, gorges and dunes are the highlights of this tour with the additional pleasures of crossing the High Atlas and the Middle Atlas. Spend a night in a bivouac of nomad tents with camel ride.

Day 1: Marrakech – Tellouet - Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate:
After breakfast, early departure to Tellouet via the High Atlas passing through the Tizi N’tichka pass reaching 2260 m. After the Tichka pass, you leave the main road and take a side road to the Tellouet Kasbah which belonged to the Lords of the Atlas Pacha Glaoui and his family (lunch in the place). In the afternoon tracks to Ait Ben Haddou once used as a backdrop for many Hollywood blockbusters, via the Ounila Valley with its Berber villages, then onwards to Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Rose valley – Dades Gorges – Toudra Gorges:
Leaving Ouarzazate around 8:30am towards Skoura for a quick 20 minutes visit of the Amridil Kasbah, one of the wonders of the southern "Route of the thousand Kasbahs". Continuing our journey through the Valley of the Roses we cross 35km on an off-road track to reach Ait Youl Kasbah. Before heading Boulmane, we lunch on top of Dades Gorges, reaching Tinghir and 20km following it’s fabulous views and the canyons of the Todra Gorges. Dinner and over night in hotel

Day 3: Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga
Morning walk around the Tinerghir palm plantations and Todra Gorges. We drive to Tinjedad to have lunch and visit The Oasis Museum in a small traditional village called Elkhorbat. After reaching Erfoud via Mellab and Touroug palm groves. In Erfoud stop for a visit of a local fossil craft workshop. Then continuing to the fascinating dunes of Erg Chebbi, The Dunes of Merzouga via a track. Appointment with camel ride. You'll be taken on camels back to the bivouac where you will enjoy the sun setting on the dunes and overnight on a true nomad bivouac. Dinner and over night in a bivouac

Day 4: Merzouga – Errachidia – Azrou - Fés
Early morning departure to enjoy Sun rise on the Sahara Desert, and camel ride back to the hotel where the 4x4 await you. Breakfast and departure to Errachidia via Erfoud and the Ziz Valley. Lunch on the road. After lunch, you will drive to Fes via the cedar woods of Azrou and the mountain of the middle Atlas. Arrival in Fez in the afternoon.

Note: the trip can be achieved in both directions: from Fes to Marrakech or Marrakech to Fes depending on customers' choice.
