Mon mari et moi avons décidé de passer notre lune de miel au Maroc. Nous avons eu un assez rough pour bien commencer le voyage et n’étaient pas goût notre voyage trop. Nous avons été au Maroc une semaine déjà quand nous avons rejoint le groupe Naamani pour une randonnée dans le Sahara. Nous avions une voiture fantastique de Marrakech à travers les montagnes du Haut Atlas. Les sites étaient tout simplement incroyable. De là, nous avons passé une nuit dans le désert. Il n’y a pas de mots pour dire combien paisible et spirituel ce soir était pour moi et mon mari. Notre hôte, je crois que son nom était Habib, était accommodant et compétent. J’aurais aimé que notre voyage avait été ce que c’était les derniers jours.

Disponibilité, professionnalisme, écoute… tant dans  l’organisation en amont que pendant le séjour.
Ils ont même organisé, pour mon établissement scolaire, une grande caravane composée de plus de 80 lycéens et encadrants. 7 jours de marche avec guide et portage chameaux, en totale autonomie, dans le reg et l’erg saharien, c’était formidable et inoubliable pour les enfants. Je ne peux que les recommander à toute personne souhaitant vivre une exceptionnelle aventure dans le grand sud du Maroc ainsi que dans l’Atlas.

How To Get Acclimated

Wherever you’re coming from is probably much, much lower than Cusco (11,000 feet) or Machu Picchu (just shy of 8,000 feet). Stay there for at least a day or two.

Getting from Cusco to Machu Picchu

The easiest way to get to from Cusco to Machu Picchu is to take the train to Aguas Calientes (the town located a few miles from the site)

Machu Picchu Tours

The other way to get from Cusco to Machu Picchu is to walk as part of a multi-day Machu Picchu tour. Thousands of people hike to Machu Picchu each year.
